Handeling Fraud Order
When you get fraud order, how do you find out abut these info?. Do you normally call the people when you get orders?. If you have autopilot installed how would you handle the matters.
I am so confused here.

Its really hard to say what you do. Some people say oh well and just end it at that and remove the user account. Others send the info they have to the credit card company hoping something happens to the SOB that frauded you.
In the end - for most web hosting companies - carding is a MAJOR issue, and the only thing you can do is call in to verify orders or ask for them to fax a photo copy of their ID. Either way is a good step to stopping fraud.

A few procedures that we take to verify that everything is legit is:
1) running a trace on the IP to verify that it matches the location provided in their address
2) running a reverse phone lookup to confirm that the address matches the #
3) call them up directly to confirm (usually only for larger orders)
We've also kept away from Instant Account Activations as we often hear that this statement on your site usually attracts more fraudulent orders.
If you're offering dedicated server solutions or have any packages where you're charging over a couple hundred monthly, I'd also suggest what Puffy said; get them to fax in a copy of their photo ID.
Best of luck.
