Any comments about Toll Free support
Does toll free support increase the sales? or some times is hassle for support?

There not too bad but if you get the numbers like 0800 that you do in the uk they can cost the company lots of money seeing as they pay for the phone call which can be really anoying if your trying to save money to improve service instead of paying for phone calls 24/7 .

Well, with toll free support people will just start calling you for stuff that is quite simple.
Even if you have an excellent tuorial, great forum and an extensive faq section. They may call you to ask something like how do I setup my email in outlook express.

This is my take on this, ever since my company got a 800# we have not had to many calls through there...
People like to know they can reach you if the have to, YES, it could actually increase sales when a person knows they can dial a few numbers for free and talk to a live person about their situation and problem, now a days you can get a cheap # for $2 a month.
People may not call you ofton but they will be happy to know its there!
