What would customers expect to pay for THIS?
What would your customers expect to pay for a different kind of web analytics that are non-technical and simply shows what attracts visitors who buy and submit leads? (Web analytics for the everyday business owner that they will actually use)
We're thinking about a $20/ month price point, in which web host resellers make $10 of that. What's your opinion?

Why wouldn't you just use Google Analytics or do you consider it too complicated? I've worked for web and advertising firms and we basically pull the information the client wants to see using Google Analytics and just present the numbers in a document or report. I guess it would be nice fro the client to see the numbers too in real time and the more I think about it, perhaps Google Analytics is too complicated plus there's no easy way to parse the data and present it in real time to a client. $20 sounds pretty good especially when you compare it to the cost of some of the social media monitoring tools which run $300-600 a month like Radian6.
