When do you guys mostly get positive feedback from your customers?. Also when you do you mostly get negative feedback?

normally get positive feedback when we go a month(s) without downtime, or normaly nagative feedback when we do get downtime if any.

Most clients will more often than not give no feedback unless prompted to, whether its through forums, email asking for a general survey on how you as a host are doing, or form on your site. Negative feedback normally comes in only when there is downtime of a cancelation of an account due to misuse, non-payment, or problematic client.

Ive never received a bad feedback, my clients are very happy

Honestly, I've not received a single negative feedback from any customers.
Knock on wood.
Then again my client base isn't that figitty 12 year old that switches to 30 different hosts before hitting puberty.
