How can we make our own TLD?. Where do we have to register.

Currently there is no way of making your TLD, I am guessing you mean like the .com or .net. You can submit to internic I belive for your request of TLD to be seen, I think if you want it to be for your use only you have to pay a I high up-front fee.

Yes, you might have to contact ICANN and they might ably to direct you. You have to submit your propossal and they will get back to you within 2 weeks.
