Hello,
What are the info I needed to have own name servers? and How do I do that?

You would setup hostnames in your domain control panel. For example, if you use GoDaddy login to your GoDaddy control panel.
Their should be a section called hostnames or similar. Specify nameservers (ns/ns2.domain.com for example) and an IP to go with each. Update, let the changes propogate.
Unless there's setup using BIND or something involved I believe that's all there is to it?

if you log onto your domain registrar you will find a option where it asks you what nameserver you would like to use. they ask you for an ip you would like to use for the nameserver.

we currently use namecheap to do this. Fairly simple.
Only thing we dislike about setting up the nameservers are the 12 hour wait before they are fully proprogated.

It takes 15min for the nameservers to be changed with my domain register. :P:P
