Yipes and Cogent
We all know that FDCservers (www.fdcservers.net) are being backed by Cogent and Yipes network. I heard alot of complaints about FDCservers about their network being down.
Is it Yipes & Cogent's fault or is it FDCservers fault ?

I also got problem access to my home page and mail that my reseller account is hosted in FDC. This few days especially noon time in Singapore GMT8+. Totally cannot access.
Complaint to customer service of ISP and they check, but cannot do anything. I tell to my web host which had the root access to server and still nothing.
I buying a dedicated fully managed server for myself yesterday and transfer to hope that this problem can go away.

From what I know, in that case, it shouldn't have been Yipes / Cogent's fault. If so, a network downtime report would have been posted somewhere, at least. You complained to your ISP?
Btw, you a Singaporean ?

It's proven that the fault lies with neither Cogent nor Yipes because my friend has a server with Cogent network and it's working fine when the FDC servers are down.

There probably is some truth to the outages being Yipes or Cogent. FDC's basic plans (IRC and 4Mbit) run solely off of one or the other. My old host fell into the 4Mbit plan category and downtime seemed pretty frequent. Their announcement board (FDC) said that the outages did not affect the people that subscribed to their multi-homed plans though.
The funny part is during these outages FDC's website is down because they are on Yipes only bandwidth for their server.
