To persective web hosts,
I am the webmaster of a local small business website, who now currently has all the parts of his site spread across different hosts. I want to bring all the sites back together, and host them with one service, and for one price. The list below is long, but i want to give any perspective host the chance to see what he is currently getting for his dollar, and the ability to meet or beat the price. He is currently hosted with a large hosting provider, but due to the my-sql database restrictions, he's had to break up his site into different hosts. Honestly alot of the features below are not used, but could possibly be used in the future. Currently, the client is only paying 17$ a month for the following services, plus a once a year charge of 6.99$ for all three domains. I'd like to keep the client at that same price, or lower. A dedicated server is out of the question due to its large cost, and his site doesn't have enough traffic or data to warrant a dedicated server. Most virtual server hosts dont offer enough space, or place memory/processor restrictions which degrade the quality of his site. Here is the list of features he currently has:
Linux OS managed by the datacenter host
3 included domains which are currently registered
300 gigs storage
2500 gigs tranfer
100 external domains
domain access WITHOUT the www.
25 ftp accounts (which could be reduced, but need at least 4)
control panel software (prefer cpanel, but could make a switch)
my-sql (NOTE TO PERSECTIVE HOSTS: The client runs an online phpbb based posting forum, and will require more database space than 100mb that is currently included in his hosting package. Unlimited space would be best, but 3-5 gig would be enough to start, WITH the option to increase the size)
2500 email accounts
2 gb storage of email per email address (which possibly could be reduced due
to the fact that most email address through his domain are forwarded to other addresses.)
5000 email aliases
imap and pop support (FREE OF CHARGE)
webmail, spam, anti-virus protection at no charge
email forwarding is a MUST WITH ANY PERSPECTIVE HOST
catch all emails
email auto responders
The server the account is hosted on, will also need to be secured and protected behind a firewall, preferable a cisco enterprise firewall appliance, with daily backups and ssh access. Also the directories will need to be able to be password secured.
The persepctive host will also be required to have 24/7/365 tech support, either via phone, or live instant message, also a clear understanding of the english language will be required. Would prefer non-outsourced tech support, if not an option, then US based tech support.
The datacenter of the host will also be required to have 24/7/365 n+1 services for HVAC, Power, and Security. The datacenter must also be secured and not accessable to the outside public. Sorry to those of you who have a server in your bedroom or a closet, but the client has had problems before with small business hosting, with the server being damaged or worse. Also the datacenter must have 24/7/365 NOC thats available to answer any network traffic issues.
Client will also need the ability to restict IP address from the domain. Due to large amounts of spammers, the client has decided to block all non-US ip address from the domain. Client will require the ability to add and remove ip addresses at his will.
the perspective host will also need to support ALL of the following:
Apache1.3.29Perl5.6.1PHP4.4.4PHP55.2.0MySQL4.0.2 7GD Library2.0.21 with GIF support
If any perspective host has any questions, please feel free to contact me direct at@ paramedic18 @ gmail . com without spaces. I thank each and every hosting provider that has taken the time to read this very long post. thank you!

I do not expect to see any responses to your request because of the high level of requirements and the low cost expectation (as you have seen in the last 22 hours).
If the client is currently paying $17 + $7 for that level of service, stick with it and let the rest of us know so we can get a nice plan like that.
The best pricing plan I could find to match your needs (with a quality data center to match your needs) is US$400 per month.
I wish I had something better to offer, but I am realistic in my business approach and would not want to short a customer's needs based on a budget that does not match the needs.
Good luck either way!
