is there a way to create the CGI folder automatically when I add new virtual sites in my WHM?

It should already create it by default, but if it doesn't, make a directory in the skeleton directory. Anything you put in there automatically gets copied to the user's directory.

If your server is not automatically creating a cgi-bin for your new domain names, you should contact your admin. WHM should be automatically creating that folder, and often times it has special settings, which is why it is setup on its own.

To make a cgi-bin directory, simply create any simple directory and chmod it to 755.

Just a question - If i can chmod any folder to 755 and cgi can be installed onto that folder to work..what if the host did not check the CGI box? Does my abovementioned method still works ? I haven't tried before though.
