Thread: How do I access DNS settings

How do I access DNS settings when a client has registered their domain through a company like 1stcom.com. They offer a free domain with their hosting plan. When I log into my clients CP, there is nowhere a place for managing DNS. What to do?

Major control panels do not have DNS management services for client's side. If you require any DNS management services, drop the provider an email. Only the admin panel/reseller panel(some) have access to DNS Management

The best solution would be to contact your domain provider for support, I am sure they have a portal to do it and maybe you don't remember the access login and credentials.
