I am in favor of WHMAutoPilot. Completely intergrates with WHM/CPanel and has a very clean, easy to use interface and nice administration functions.
You could use both PaySystems and Paypal with this, and let clients opt for mail in payment.
My rating: 9/10. More gateways please! But it's purely understandable as to why they don't have more at the moment. Many new features are on the way!
Anywho, check it out: http://www.whmautopilot.com

I'm considering Plesk more and more... any one here that uses Plesk in conjunction with ModernBill? Can you recommend any other automation and billing programs for Plesk? Gotta look into my options.
