I dont quite understand your question.. are you asking for companies that are small that may not have a reseller page to list their plans or list a page that might not be on their site?

Resellers are like normal providers. They have a choice to operate with a web page or without a web page. It's of coures, advisable to work with a web page as it could really help you snap up sales much faster than without a web page.

Almost all resellers have Web Page, plus they look more real, than those that sell without a Web Site. It's like more secret. So, yes some do some not. My Reseller does have.
