Well, as I always say, It's better to have testimonials on your hosting company site. I haven't added it cause I'm waiting for the new design that will have more space and easier to customise. First ask for the speed and support. Then check with different computers and speeds the site and you'll find the speed. That's all I can say.

I haven't done coloc with them, but I have had a hosting account with them and had a terrible experiance. I cancelled my account with them and they charged me for an additional year and they refused to refund my credit card. Their service was less than desireable. I experianced a lot of downtime and extremly long hold time when calling for support. I also did some more research on them and found out many similar experiances from other users. Check out this link http://steamed.org/Reviews/ci.shtml. If you go into google and type in CI Host you will find many links of unhappy customers and many references to fraud. From personal experiance, I would stay clear of them and go with a much more reputable organization. Also check out the following.

I hope any of this helps you. I would hate to see another person get taken like myself.

I've had a dedicated server with cihost for 2 years. Our server has been down for some portion of the day every single day of the past week. One day last week it was down for almost the entire day.
Last month it was down several times. And the month before that.
We're currently looking for a new host ASAP.

If you're intersted to find out more about a host, go to www.easymonitor.com and monitor their %tage uptime etc.
