    I think Dream Viewer is the best for the web development. You can easily develop the website in the dream viewer. It is basically software for the designing the website and in it HTML is used for the coding. Then it is connected to the PHP and .Net and we can develop the dynamic as well as static website. There is no need of special knowledge for using the dream viewer.

    Both are good but now everyone used Dream viewer because you can easily develop the website basically it's a software.......

    Dreamweaver has evolved quite a bit from its early days. I am however a firm believer of knowing how to do things from scratch first and then migrating to development tools. You get a better appreciation of time saved, but also you have much better troubleshooting skills for when you do need to skim the code for weird errors.

    Depends on the user But as far as the user friendliness is in consideration, Dream Weaver is easier for the designer. I think dream weaver is good for people who are lazy to code.
