HTML to PHP??

I'm interested in turning my static html pages into dynamic php pages. I know this is possible, but does anyone have any tips. My site has grown a lot and we have a lot of contributors...Im tired of updating it on my own and archiving it manually.

As you can see you can use any HTML you want without doing anything special or extra in your .php file, as long as it is outside of the PHP tags.
