    I am not so in no doubt about this myself. but in wide-ranging PERL is a lot slower then ASP, I imagine that mixing the two reciprocally should first of all slow down the execution.

    Caching / Cache MemoryIn a computer almost all of your applications and data are stored on your hard disk when you use some CPU cache memory before it searches the data there it returned to the user, otherwise CPU, hard disk, searches for it, once the data have not found it first and then your system's RAM cache memory is moved and then the user is.

    ASP scripts are generated by following perl modules. ASP is very helpful if you are looking to create dynamic webpage.
