I found PHP limiting because it's got a focus on web page development. Yes, it can be used for other things, but this is rare.

Find a book, do some work in each language. Actually learn all three and make an informed decision. Learning and discarding Ruby, for example, helps you articulate Why you chose Python. You can provide specifics on what you did and didn't like about the language.

Django is not your only Python choice. Once you learn some Python (only takes a week or so), you then have to pick a framework. While Django is good, some folks perfer CherryPy or TurboGears. You're back into subjective.

I like HTML most. As i find it very easy to use and understand too. So for me HTML is the best programming language.

    Hello friends

Did you mean "post comment" section ("Leave a reply")? I see that Firefox 3.5 has no scroll bar, but IE 6 does. I don't have Chrome to try (I should probably snag a copy, just to test pages on). That may just be a quirk of some browsers -- they reserve space for a scroll bar so that if needed in the middle of an entry, it won't reflow the existing text in the textarea. According to my HTML book, "Scroll bars will appear when necessary". I don't see any attributes or CSS to suppress this reserved space, so it may be something you can't do anything about.

I ran the page through the W3C validator and it didn't like it. You have a lot of stuff that's not XHTML Strict, and a bunch of duplicate IDs. Perhaps loosening the doctype to Transitional, or cleaning up the code to Strict standards, might alter the behavior. I don't see any error messages in the vicinity of the <textarea> in question.

    Thanks for all friends

I think PHP is the best one as it is easy to learn, understand and use. Also it can be used for making dynamic and interactive Web pages. It is open source software and server side scripting language.

Saving money on energy, although important, isn’t the only advantage of an energy-efficient lighting retrofit. Saving energy reduces pollution from electricity generation. For example, replacing one 75-watt incandescent lamp with an 18-watt compact fluorescent lamp prevents the emission of 0.9 metric ton (1 ton) of carbon dioxide and about 9 kilograms (20 pounds) of sulfur oxide from a coal-fired power plant.

PHP is the most superior technology. Other technologies PERL, Python, Tcl, VB script, ASP are older and inferior technologies.I have used PHP.PERL is the "ancestor" of PHP and PERL is used for a very long time.Perl is also a very nice language and CPAN has a ton of mature modules that will save you a lot of time.

There are many programming languages available to Web developers.I have used PERL language.Perl is a general purpose language. It’s extremely useful for text manipulations, but because it is basically a very powerful and vast language.I certainly like Python and I recommend it.
