Interview with Anthony Martin of hostingx.net

    Introduction

Anthony Martin is the CEO of hostingx.net ,
HostingX.net offers the best quality hosting you can find. We intertwine top-of-the-line support, great servers, and low prices to deliver you, the customer, the best host you will ever have. If you find that this is not true, you are backed by our, 30-day money back guarantee!, http://hostingx.net

    1. What inspired you to enter the world of Web hosting?

The challenge. You see all these hosting companies that go belly-up, and wonder, "Man, if I ran that company it'd be so much better than it is." I needed a challenge and the webhosting industry is not an easy market to be in. The competition is endless and a new company seems to appear every other day. To succeed in this business is a true feat.

2 . Do you believe the Web hosting business is friendly or more of a cut-throat one?

The web hosting business like any other business is a cut-throat business. You see companies stopping at nothing to get their customer sometimes using marketing schemes and unrealistic packages for insanely low costs. Usually the companies that charge the least amount for the most is the worst company out there. HostingX.net, Inc. has low, yet realistic prices that get you incredible customer support and fast servers to deliver what the customer deserves.

3 .Where would you like to see your Web hosting business ten years down the line?

Ten years from now, HostingX.net, Inc. will no doubt be equipped with its own datacenter, offering still great value packages. We will still be supporting what we believe in now, and not just offering but delivering the customer with all their expectations.

    4. There are thousands of Web hosting companies Online
today, what makes your company different? What sets it out apart from the others.?

HostingX.net, Inc. differs from all the other companies, in that we are really close to our customers, and are truly quite friendly with them. From sincerely hoping the best from them to offering them warm welcomes in our emails, we are very personal with our service. We are not just a face-less, generic host.

    5. Which do you believe is more reliable, in-house or
    out sourced support?

In-house of course and that is what we have.

    6. In which area of Web hosting do you believe you serve your customers the best?

Every area is our specialty, from customer support to great servers.

    7. If there was one improvement to your services you could do which is outside of your financial range right now, what would it be and why?

A datacenter right now is out of our range, but in the future, we most definitely plan on building one.

    8. Describe the support services that you provide?

We provide email support and live support.

9.Where do you see the hosting industry 4-5 years from now?

I see it as competitive as ever and harder to differentiate yourself from other companies.

    10. What is the best moment of owning a hosting company?

When our customers congratulate us on our customer support. It really is a great feeling.

    11. What do you enjoy most about hosting?

The variety of sites that you host is really immense and you always learn so much from what people publish on the web. It's fascinating seeing all the different types of websites people host with us.

    12. What do you offer your clients which other people do not?

    Quite friendly support.

    13. What operating system do you use, and prefer?

We use linux and prefer linux.

    14. What control panel do you use and prefer?

We use cPanel and prefer cPanel.

    15. Where do you see your company in five years time?

In five years, our company will be even more reputable and famous, and we will still be holding true to our values.

    16. Where is the future of web hosting going?

The future of web hosting is going no where but up. Technology is rapidly growing and who knows what the future may bring to web hosting.

We thank Anthoy for taking the time to answer those quesitons
