Do you know any free or affordable helpdesk helpdesk software. If you know any please list it.

I use Help Center Live and have been very happy with it. It is free also. It tracks the pages the visitor goes too, their ip, where they came from, mulitple chats, all in all a very nice script. I think the url is http://helpcenterlive.com not real sure though. If that isnt it, just run it through google, im sure youll find it. A word of warning though, DO NOT bother with crafty syntax live help, complete garbage!

SiteDesk is very cheap and I loved it. It used to be free but isnt any more. Otherwise just go to www.sourceforge.net and search. There are litterally millions

In my opinion the best helpdesk software is Cerberus.
E-Support is also good. If you're looking for free helpdesk
software you can try Support Logic.

Well at the moment I use HCL(Help Center Live) and it is pretty good. I read some good reviews about kayako but it is costy

Do HCL have email piping? and can you create ticket sent to customers?

Help Center Live is also what I use, I enjoy it alot..... It's free in fantastico.

Well I know about perldesk also and it is less expensive than kayako and it is good.
