Best sorftware for live help
Looking for cheapest and Best live chat program. I had chattist program, but I got it live time licence. Now when I submit tickets they don't reply.

You can try HelpCenterLive. It has Knowledgebase & Support Ticket functionality too !!!

Not the cheapest, but many companies use Kayako. They have a nice support ticket system and Live Chat software. Although the Live Chat is mainly for Windows system, its one of the best.

We use PHPLive. Very easy to setup and use.

I've personally enjoyed using LiveZilla, it's open source and updates fairly often. I've also found it to be quite configurable.

My friend uses PHP Live Support. It works pretty well for him. Not that cheap though.
