It is more about choosing one that fits what you are after, There are plenty of good hosts.. Choosing one that is priced well and offers good customer support is usually a good place to start.

Try and look for a host's reviews online, and also ask them for their uptime statistics (if they aren't freely available on their website).

Also look out for really low prices (it'd be difficult to get quality service for, say, $1 per month in most cases), extreme overselling, and things like that.

To choose the correct hosting plan, the most important thing is to check how good the plan is. Go through all the necessary requirements of a plan and only then you can select the better option for hosting.

Check reviews about it, check that they have 24/7 support, ask for files and try networks.

Well the cheapest is never the best or the most reliable. So I choose a middle mark and try to see which service has the best price to service ratio.

To choose best web hosting just chek out the rates, plans and services of 4-5 companies after that decide which one is the best and suits you.well i know one hosting company you can approach that also that is planetonline.net, its quite good.

There are a lot to choose from, In general, I doubt that there are any perfect web hosting companies around. Even if you are prepared to pay a huge price for your hosting needs, it does not guarantee that your host is good. In this industry a high price does not necessarily mean quality hosting and support.Like me, you’ll probably end up settling for a trade-off between price, reliability and features that you’re willing to live with. I’ve been pretty happy with the one I’ve been using so far: http://www.hostgator.com/ and I’d have to recommend.

I agree, confirm out review and see could you repeat that? category of reputation they encompass. 5 minutes spent doing a goggle search can be exceedingly important.

The prices are now even more slashed down!!

I recommend trying a webhost having its own well established data centres!!!
