Does anyone of you have had any bad experience on Google?

Among the major IT companies in the world for which they could work, Google has an admirable position. After attending an interview, this particular friend is a very difficult experience. Not only do candidates have to wait outside in the sun, the interview was delayed apparently for about an hour. All calls and inquiries were entering the voice mail, including calls that were made to the HR. What angered most of the candidates for interviews is that the interview has been postponed or delayed broadcast was not anybody. What has your experience been like Google?

Even with all those problems, i still beleive that Google would be one of the best companies to work with just because of its environment, i think all those things would be worth getting the job in the end dont you think?
