to get quick ranking, before you do organic seo, i suggest you have adsense. the conversion is quick and the output is quick. only thing is, you need to spend a lot of money before your website is visible to google.

There are many factor effect in pagerank calculation, like website design, traffic in site, keyword, meta tags. domain age etc. there are no short cut to increase your pagerank in short term. only help of black hat technique you can increase your website ranking in short time but its not a authenticate technique.
