Google buzz
It's official: Google has launched Google Buzz, a service that brings micro-blogging (status messages) courier within Gmail. In short, a direct competitor to Twitter and the "wall" Facebook. In this hard fight, has not even mattered that Yahoo! already has an service with this name. Moreover, even with similar functionality.Bradley Horowitz, vice president for product management at Google, presented a keynote last night in the main features of the new service: the case of car-following, integration with the heading "Inbox" of mail, sharing options public / private, recognition voice, and a geographical label by "recommended", corresponding to a large extent on Twitter retweet.
In addition, these functions can be accessed by mobile phone through the Buzz Google, currently available for iPhone and Android phones.what is your viewpoint about this ?

Well it doesn't seem to be very promising atleast to me, as it is very basic and has nothing new to offer that we haven't seen yet. And it will face a big time competiton form the facebook and twitter.

i agree with ~server point~ that Buzz might not be too impressive at the moment but with the time it will grow and with that traffic from Buzz will also grow.

At this stage I think Buzz is not that great. But if they can eek out the learning curve and make it more intuitive, more people will join the gang.
