How to calculate the number of backlinks my site has?

To calculate the number of backlinks your site has you use webmaster tool. It will tell you the number of backlinks yoru site has.

You can use Yahoo Explorer to check backlinks to your site. There are so many other tools. I recommend Yahoo Explorer.

Yahoo is quick in picking the new links and rapidly adding them to its database but unfortunately it will spot when you reach the 1000th link status displayed. I am using backlinkwatch.com it simply paste the url and hit analyze, similar tools give different result, but in general most are the same
