You need more ram in your system or increase your paging file size.

I would first start out by figuring out what program(s) are eating up your ram. 1 GB of ram i quite sufficient to run your machine and still be comfortable. Have you tried to restart your computer? If you have and it still doesn't work. I would suggest allocating more memory to your systems paging file. Which can be done by following the following steps.
1. Right click on my computer
2. Click the advanced tab
3. Under "Performance" click on "settings"
4. Under Performance options click "Advanced" tab.
5. At the bottom under Virtual Memory click "change" button.
5. In there click the radio button "Custom Size".
Double the Initial Size and Maximum size and you should be good to go, make sure you hit the button that says "set" then click okay. Restart your pc and your errors should go away. It probably wouldn't hurt to uninstall some programs that you don't use that are running in the background of your computer, run a virus scan. (AVG is free), and clean your system with a program called "ccleaner" you can get it for free by searching google for Crap Cleaner or Periform cleaner.=========================================
