    How to find memory model number in hp?

    We need to replace the memory for our linux box, how to find memory model number in HP?

    I believe HP has their own tool. Try to install the package hpasmcli and test it.


    hpasmcli> show dimm

    These all things are highlighted on the memory chip..so its very easy simple to find out this.
