creating multiple subdomain will boost page rank?
I was wondering whether or not by creating multiple subdomain will actually help in google pagerank when google count subdomain the same as the orginial domain?
For example, i register a domain called www.abc.com then my site is doing so well then i enjoy a page rank of 6 let's say.
then i create a subdomain called forex.abc.com , will my subdomain enjoy higher page rank in google rank so that i will get a better search engine result?
Please advice

I suppose that Google is no longer treating subdomains independently, instead attaching some association between them.
The ranking algorithms have been tweaked so that pages from multiple subdomains have a much higher relevance bar to clear in order to be shown.

Subdomains no longer have SEO purposes. I know Yahoo, Bing, and Google have changed their ranking system to not include the subdomain additions.

Its definitely the host content on the website, not the subdomains. I do not think that they matter anymore in the revised algorithms of the search engine crawlers.
