What is free domain name for life?

Whenever a *********or hosting company says that they give a free domain name for life, it is best to check with them for the terms of service on it.

Free of life generally means that the domain name will be registered and renewed free of cost for the customer till the time they have their hosting plan with the webhost. If and when they cancel their hosting account, the domain name shall not be renewed free, the customer will have to pay for it.

In case of a refund being asked by the customer within the money back guarantee period, the charges for domain registration will be deducted from the amount payable back to the customer.

Generally speaking, only top level domains i.e TLD's are given free of cost. Country level and other specific domains are not free.

I can express the point that you will get free domain if you pay for the whole year for hosting service.. There are many companies offering this.

Getting free domain is trustable one ?
i wont used to trust any free service, many of them don’t allow you to have full control on your domain name.In my experience i got the domain here zippozap ,it satisfy my expectations & its very good in services You can buy your Domain Names there and host it with them .

You are right.. I must say that there are many companies offering free domain for life if you buy their hosting and pay for the whole year. you should also look at signs of reliability of the company you are planning to deal with guys..

I'd like to add that when selecting cheap website hosting, be sure that the web host provider is trustworthy.
You can also reg domain Via Accredited Registrar - it will be more secure and safe.. ICANN-accredited Registrar will be reliable place.

I know when I first started out I got a free domain with my shared hosting plan. As long as I have hosting with them, they'd give me the domain for free. Every host should do this. Charging for a domain is crazy.
