Works OK if you're interested in buying .in domains, but most .com's are long gone, so in that aspect it's not very useful.

if you use it with some good keyword, you can get get good .com domain name, like i used IPL and got a suggestion of ipl cricket match for domain iplcricketmatch.com, which is a strong keyword ;-)

I suppose that there are many good suggestion tools available in the Net.. just Google for all possible options and you will have many results.
