Does anything other than .com & .net get type in traffic?

I've been parking around 225 domains for about a year now, and have noticed that anything that isn't a .com or .net (this includes .us, .co.uk, .me, .info) hasn't gotten a single type-in traffic visit. Is this pretty much the norm?

I suppose that .ORG and also .ME will be good extensions to register.. But choose the Registrar that has accreditations in order to be assured in reliability and honest of the company you are going to deal with.
