How long till a domain becomes available again

I am waiting for a certain domain to expire. Its going to expire next week and I've been waiting for a longtime for this one.
What I need to know is how long do it take until this domain becomes available to purchase at any domain registerer?

I suppose that every Registrar has its own rules.. there are some differences in period of time.

Well, the domain will be re available for registration after 90 days of the expiry date. You will have to wait until that time or you may pay the redemption fee to get that domain before 90 days.

My BlueHost account expires in a few weeks, and I want it back, but not right away. How long until the domain.
