    What are the risks of buying HIGH PR Domain?..

    There are some post on other forum that it is risky to buy High PR Domain, because the PR of the domain will drop after the transfer of the ownership..

    How true is this?.

    Some important points are inside the domain, the amount of backlinks, age of domain, etc. If you buy the field and completely change the content and start losing backlinks because, obviously, this has been a bad investment.
