We are using several registrars as there is no such thing as a single best registrar. It all depends on your requirements regarding DNS control, privacy, services etc.

Actually the best is the place that fits your needs the most. I prefer and recommend sibername.com which is highly professional registrar and hosting provider.

It is "registrar", not "register" and there are plenty of them on The ICANN's website. ARe you looking for one to sign up as partner?

There are so many out there. I would go for the established and reputed ones like Godaddy and Moniker. But again, it depends on your personal choice.
