use one's name as domain name
Anyone who uses their own name as their domain name? What could be the benefits if you use your own name, as I'm planning on it. Will it increase my popularity for being unique? thanks a lot.

I suppose everyone is allowed to chose domain name in the way he likes. That can be whatever you need, but the domain name should be memorable and as short as possible.

I have the domain for my real name and at this time I am not using it. At one time I was using it for an email address.
I have several domain names of my screen name with variations of crazypenguin.tld which has ended up being just one of my many "started but never finished" projects as a web site.
