Well, for me it is always .com and .net.

This is so unpopular, that EuroDNS even made a discount for its registration.. You might have seen the thread...

As for me, the last domain I have got was in .net zone... .com was already taken.

I don't really look at ccTLDs. Of all ccTLDs I will normally look at .co.uk, .asia, .au and .my.

This depends on the area and business of one who are living in. I would prefer .IN and .COM.
