Has my DNS FULLY propagated?

Dear all,
If you're a server owner plus you're a server administrator, I'm sure "dig" is not strange anymore for you to find out whether your DNS is propagated on the TLD nameservers of the internet.

However, if you DO NOT own the server or perhaps you are just a reseller, what will you do to find out whether your DNS is fully propagated? Here's a great tool which helps you to do a DNS Lookup on major nameservers:
