Any unmetered dedicated server providers in Europe?

I have these requirements:
Location - Europe
Unmetered dedicated server
RAM: 512 MB
HDD: 80 GB HDD SATA
Bandwidth: 10 Mbps
One of my clients said that exmasters.com were really perfect.
How reliable are they now? How is their server stability?
