offshore dedicated servers in Europe
Are you aware of any decent offshore dedicated server provider in Europe?
Santrex.net seems to be good to have a deal with, do you agree with that?

I haven't heard of them before. I would suggest searching for reviews first.
Their servers do however look nice

Check Red Switches | Dedicated Server, Virtual Private Servers, Web Hosting.
They are doing as 100Mbit and 1Gbit servers and as for me they are having lowest prices in the industry.

As an alternative I recommend you to use Exmasters.com plans. They are delivering reasonable deals with high performance, stability and knowledgeable support.

I can never get my head around the term 'offshore' for hosting. Like mentioned previously, is the requirement for hosting something that's not allowed by law in the U.S? If so, you should state what you're looking to host, as each jurisdiction is different - what cannot be hosted in the U.S, doesn't necessarily mean can be hosted in another country verbatim.
