I think that is not good sign so far to show your customers (potential) that you as web hosting provider do not know some basic things about web hosting

Dedicated server = You will lease whole machine to the customer, he will take care of managing it or loading software on it to make it work,

shared IP = you can not share a IP between people unless it is shared website hosting like cpanel type

dedicated IP = IP address allocated to a perticual machine.

    What are dedicated IP addresses?

Dedicated IP addresses are the opposite of shared IP addresses in that one IP address is assigned to only one domain. This means if you were to enter the IP address into the URL instead of the domain name, the website assigned to that dedicated IP address would show up every time. It is a unique IP address that provides more benefits than a shared IP address.

A dedicated hosting service, dedicated server, or managed hosting service is a type of Internet hosting in which the client leases an entire server not shared with anyone. This is more flexible than shared hosting, as organizations have full control over the server(s), including choice of operating system, hardware, etc.

Dedicated server : Some web hosting companies also offer dedicated server hosting in which the server is the sole property of the customer and is not shared with other customers of that web hosting provider. Normally dedicated servers are required by business websites which receive enormous traffic every month that cannot be satisfied by a shared web hosting service. Additionally, a dedicated server also ensures secure transfer of information along with the ability to use customized applications such as e-commerce payment engines or complex databases. if the client is responsible for the maintenance of the server in which case he needs to have all the technical expertise or resources, then it is simply dedicated server hosting. On the other hand, if all aspects of the dedicated server are managed by the hosting company itself, then it is referred to as a managed server.

Dedicated IP : A dedicated IP (Internet Protocol) is a unique Internet address dedicated exclusively to a single hosting account. Normally, several hosting accounts reside on a single server and share that server's IP address. Dedicated IP addresses are usually used for large SSL-encrypted secure websites and particularly large and/or traffic-heavy sites. Most shared hosting users have no particular need for a dedicated IP address.
