      Windows 2008

Most of the people would recommend you to 2003 because its a stable version.

But you can opt for 2008 too if your hosting is manged by host provider.

If you are still looking for suggestion, I strongly believe that serverpoint.com will suit you down to the ground because it offers a wide range of dedicated servers to choose from, the second month free for them, and also cheap price. I advise you to choose Windows 2003 because it is more stable and trusted one.

2008 is better. The stability issue is bull. Go '08 if you're okay with learning or do not know what you're doing since it's likely you'll need to learn. If you already learned '03 or are using an admin that doesn't know '08 then you're just messing yourself up for no reason. Otherwise, you should have no reason not to go '08.

I recommend you to use windows 2003 Enterprise, is very stable and we have been using it in our system for 3 years.

Start from which you can affor oк the one you likethe most!!

The great alterntive could be found at the host called 7host.com. Their dedicated servers seem currently to be discounted by 15% with the code 7HOST15DS.

      Cheers!

I prefer windows 2003 to 2008 because the satability and quality are very important firstly.
