Hi Sith,
First welcome to the forums! I’m just going to suggest that you stick around and learn SEO over the next few months. Make sure you test everything for yourself and start slow.

Here are some tips increase the pagerank of your website on google
1.Pay attention to keywords when choosing your domain name and creating your website’s content. This will not directly help to increase page rank, but will make your website easier to find and may generate some natural backlinks that will help.
2.Obtain natural backlinks. This could be the biggest, most time consuming, part of increasing a websites page rank. To create natural backlinks you should try posting in relevant forums with your link in your signature. Also write articles to promote your site. The most lucrative backlinks, however, are the links that you do not create yourself. Someone finds your website’s content interesting and posts a link somewhere.
3.Avoid link building schemes and systems. All these will do is get your website blacklisted. Don’t even think about it.
4.Age your domain name. All this means is that Google gives extra credit to websites that have been around for a long time.
5.Submit your website to directories. Depending on which directory you submit your website to, this may or may not help. Generally I suggest that you don’t pay to be listed in a directory. DMOZ (the open directory project) and Yahoo! Directory (this one costs $300) are the two directories that will definitely increase page rank.
6.Update your websites content. I’m not sure if this will increase page rank, but it will definitely attract more traffic. Google likes fresh website content, so if you update weekly, you will be in good shape.

Hi
I suggest you to concentrate to rank high on google serps not to get a higher pr because pr no more great impact in search engine optimization. anyway, if your rank higher on google serps, getting high pr will follow. all you have to do is update your content regularly and build more quality links. you can do social bookmarking, forum posting, article submission and blog commenting. these will surely help you rank higher in google.
Thanks

Focus on Keyword density on your fresh content. You should concentrate on your target keyword. Start off-page optimization. To get direct traffic from social bookmarking, directory, article, press release, forums, blog creation & Comments. Classified ads are free and they bring me a lot of traffic. I hope this helps.
