Agree with BriaN, unmetered and unlimited are two basically different things.
It is assumed that a normal site will not use much Disk and B/W which doen't eat much CPU and RAM. So you will be capped with resources like CPU and RAM usage or any other.
Like HG caps your account for number of inode r/w, check their TOS page.
